Booking & Deposits
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date.
Event Insurance at Bleu Sage Noshery
Some events held at Bleu Sage Noshery may require additional event insurance. This will be discussed as part of your booking process, giving you time to explore coverage options ahead of your date.
Cancellation Policy
Corporate Catering: Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance of your event with no additional charge (deposit remains non-refundable). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the total invoice.
Special Events (weddings, celebrations of life, and other events requiring staff): The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the total invoice.
Payment Terms
A $500 deposit secures your date and is collected by credit card. The remaining balance is due by check to avoid a 4% credit card processing fee.
Guest Count & Menu Changes
A final guest count is required 10 days before your event. This allows us to schedule staff and order food with confidence.
- Increases are always welcome, even inside the 10-day window.
- Reductions to your guest count can be made up until 10 days before your event. After that point, changes may only increase the count.
Dietary Accommodations
We take dietary needs and allergies seriously and do our best to accommodate them with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Wild Fork is not a certified gluten-free facility. For severe allergies (such as celiac disease), please reach out to discuss your needs — some accommodations may require dedicated equipment and could involve an additional charge.
Service Area
Wild Fork Catering is based in Anchorage and proudly serves the greater Mat-Su Valley, including Wasilla and Palmer. Travel further afield (Homer, Soldotna, and beyond) may be available upon request.
A travel fee applies outside our standard service area and will be included in your quote.
